Now, as the owner of MZI, he continues to do the representative works and have expanded our capabilities thanks to our exposure in several large systems projects
We have been involved in several systems engineering projects. Together with our affiliates and associates, we have more than 100-years of combined experience in the fields of instrumentation & controls, building automation systems, electronic security & life safety systems, and other building systems electronics and auxiliaries.
Our neutrality has enabled us to expand our partnership and alliance with consultants, designers, manufacturers, distributors, dealers, contractors, and system integrators. This enables us to be catalysts in projects involving developers, engineering design consultants, end-users and contractors.

After-sales Services are supported by factory and industry-trained engineers, electricians and installers with "hands-on" experience and years of actual application. A technical training facility was built in the main office to support existing clients, visiting engineers and consultants. It is equipped with visual aids, sample devices and working demo units.
Formerly known as SYSTEMWAREHOUSE CORPORATION, MZ iWorx Marketing (MZI) been engaged in systems engineering work in the field of building systems electronics and auxiliaries since 2007. Our territory covers the whole of the Philippines.
